Did you literally just say that the graphics are worse because they're more realistic but less shiny? Are you implying that "good graphics" are shiny everything?

Aside from the shadows not being as nice, I wouldn't say that looks bad. Still not crazy about the gameplay though.

Quit being silly. I meant the excess shine on metal armor in the old model got removed which is a technical downgrade, but looks more realistic since metal armor should not look that shiny in the first place.

This. The shiny armour in the original looked a bit plasticy, but in the new shots the armour looks flat. It's a noticeable downgrade.

Not that I care though, as the game hasn't looked like a must by title since the E3 demo.

the lower polygon count isn't as noticeable as the drastically reduced image quality.

it's essentially 1080p vs 900p.

You can't tell a difference in resolution looking at the available comparison. You would need to see each image in its native resolution to really tell the difference between 1080p and 900p. You're looking at shrunk down versions and you can't tell resolutions with that, especially between 1080p and 900p.

Definitely looks muddier and blurrier in the new build, less shiny or not.
