I do Insanity: Asylum for my regular exercise, but I can't do it at home cuz...3rd floor apartment. :D Wish I could give it a try though.

- run 2 miles a day
- sets of pushups, situps, planks, squats to exhaustion every other day.

congrats, unless you are trying to get ripped, you've just saved hundreds on maintaining a decent level of fitness.

I already have a great routine and diet so I'm not looking to really change anything, but it might be pretty cool to see how some of the programs work.

The only real problem I have with it is that it will be in my game/movie room and I don't want sweat dripping everywhere in there
