Nintendo wont even try to challenge the PS4, but they want to hurt the Xbox One

They are battling for the 1st place because they are the reigning champion of home console this generation. PS4 made a grave mistake when they decided to release later than XBox1, the momentum lost could put them at great disadvantage. So I guess Iwata doesn't consider Sony a threat anymore.

On a calendar, Nov 15 comes before Nov 22...not later.

Just thought you should know.

Yup, but not in Japan which is Sony's homeland (and really the only place that matter, PS4 will never catch up with XBox1 on the US). Nintendo will kill off PS4 for good this holiday.

Thats because the ps4 is competing with the ouya.

Sony is already taking out Microsoft, might as well take ouya down too.

No they're not. Thanks to the Vita and their horrible TVs, Sony is near the bottom and in financial trouble. The PS4 won't save them, they have to get rid of the Vita completely to stay alive.

The Xbox Division might be in trouble to, the division has yet to make a profit on it's previous consoles, and stock holders are losing patience, Steve Ballmer is gone and it seems he was pushed out by them. If the Xbox division doesn't begin making money then they might be sold off.

Still doing better than playstation division and analysts now predict a 47% chance sony goes bankrupt in next 2 years.

Ah the image for children who dont realize that it leaves out multiplat games on 360 like witcher but includes multiplat ps3 games, closed games like mag, and of course ignores indie and arcade games on 360.

So once again you ponies fail to answer, do indie games count?

Oh and if dc2 doesnt count then you just proved your bias. Gj pony.

It says exclusive retail games, you moron.

With what, exactly? The Wii U hasn't been selling very great over in Japan at all, let alone the rest of the world.

People all around the world are more excited for PS4 than for either Wii U or Xbox One.

Well Nintendo does have some great games coming out in the next few months, and some right now. It will have the Japanese market all to itself this holiday season, until next year when Sony comes in February.

Why do people think that X1 will do so poorly? Yes, Sony has more pre-orders(hugely because of the unlimited pre-orders by Gamestop and people jumping ship because of what they tried to do, and after reversals, they got back some of their fanbase) and it is cheaper, but it hardly guarantees anything. Afterall, the PS3 was $200-$400 more than the X360(depending on which model), yet they came back to be a contender again. If you polled PS3 owners during the first couple of years, a large amount of them would say they bought it because it was the cheapest Blu-Ray player. A couple years later, they came out with some good games and 4-5 years later, they finally started making a profit. If Sony could come back after such a disasterous launch, who's to say Microsoft can't? At least this time, it isn't about Blu-Ray Vs. DVD and HD DVD. It will be about the games and so far, neither has an advantage over the other in that regard.

Besides the U.S., the Xbox brand isn't as strong as the Playstation brand was (& still is today). Microsoft were never even the market leaders like Nintendo was with the NES, SNES, & the Wii, or like Sony was with the PS1 & the PS2 (even Sega were market leaders with the Sega Genesis/MegaDrive for quite a while).

The only reason the Xbox 360 got popular was because of Sony's constant foul-ups with the PS3 from 2006 to 2008. Robbie Bach himself even admitted it here...

http://www.computerandvideogames.com/347440/sonys-ps3-mistakes-helped-xbox-360-succeed-says-former-ms-games-boss/

If Microsoft haven't had the year head start, the RROD, & the big $500 million advertising with Kinect, the Xbox 360 would've been in 3rd place in worldwide sales way before November 2010.
