Just wondering, GameFAQS: how do you pronounce the system name? Do you say the full "Xbox One"? Do you pronounce it "Ecks-Bone" like the chaps at Microsoft have come to accept as the popular term? Or do you have a more interesting name for it? I know at least one guy who is insistent on calling the system the "crossbone", for example.

My buddy pronounces it xbOWN so that it doesn't sound so effete.

I pronounce it, "Ecks-bone."

It's the one thing I really like about the system, it has an awesome nickname.

Difference between "a" and "an": "a" comes before consonant sounds, "an" before vowel sounds.

Doesn't matter what I call it, my mom is going to call it a Nintendo.
