I wonder if it will slow down a tad bit once games and apps are downloaded and installed. Maybe not though as it's actually working with more RAM, and a cleaner OS?

The console is never actually off, just like PS4

They just go into a low power state

Wow, impressive. And I would love to be able to hook up an SSD via USB 3 and take advantage of the speed but I know that won't happen.

My ps1 and ps2 boot up near instantly too.

My 360 takes FOREVERRRRRR to boot up. Often it doesn't even sign me in online and I have to jump through extra hoops. Course my 250 gig hd is nearly full so I guess that slows it down?

It shouldn't... but it's Windows so it's possible.

Windows likes to index every f***ing drive at bootup, including flash drives, etc.

Your PS1 and PS2 also can't do nearly as much as XB1 can.
