does the console come with a USB cable to make the pad wired?

won't be hard to get one anyway. I hope they are nice and secure in the pad and don't lose connection easily while playing.

I think you have to buy it separately. I didn't see it in the unboxing video but I am fairly certain it is a standard USB cable.

No, it doesn't. I just asked the Xbox One support guys, they said no. But you can use any micro usb cable. I have like 5 lying around. Or AA batteries. I'll just use the one that came with my PS3, lol.

They want you to pay extra for those play-n-charge kits....I really thought they would be standard this time around....
