Let me get this straight....

A certain next-gen video game console is WAY over priced at $500, yet a certain last-gen console wasn't over priced at $600?

Unbelieveable how out of control the fan boys are for video game companies.

It's really just taken on a life of its own.

Hello
Not everybody who is posting on these forums against the Xboxone is a sony fanboy, you may check my previous post history, I haven't purchased a sony Product since 2006, I am a PC, NDS and Xbox360 fanboy if anything, and I find the price of the Xboxone to be too high for the quality of parts and what I'd use it for. The Camera that I personally would never use is not worth the 100$ it adds to the pricetag (Last I read, it had a higher cost then the Xboxone to manufacture, but I don't know if that was true)

So in conclusion, the Playstation 4 was overpriced, the Xboxone is overpriced, and the manufacture price to sales rate isn't fair to consumers, Don't use lesser of 2 evil arguments when trying to sell your product, it's kind of the first rule I'll look at, it's actually why I'm probably going to be PC this generation, because Sony's targetted Microsoft with "Lesser of 2 evil" advertisement, and vica versa, I'd rather they cared about making the best system rather than "just better than the competition".

The reason people said the PS3 wasn't overpriced is because it also contained a blue-ray player which were selling for a 1000 dollars at the time.

The PS3 was a really cheap blue-ray, but a very overpriced game console.

There is another possibility.

The PS3 at $600 is overpriced.

The Xbox One at $500 is also overpriced.

See how that works?

This.

At the time the 360 was a reasonably priced video game console, but an over priced DVD player.

And you are doing a well job telling him why.

PS3 had blu ray which for me justified the extra cost.
