Has there ever been a good use of the original Kinect if you don't care about dance games? What makes people think it will be different this time when it still lags and the only games that require it are shovelware (Fighter Within for example).
It doesn't even have to be plugged in so developers are not going to make use of it at all.
The only reason I think its still bundled in is because MS put too much money into it and refuses to take a loss.

What if you could program the Kinect, what if you could make your own customs controls, for games. Make your own Kinect games right out of the box. Add new character animations to games. Make animated movies, download virtual game avatars or scan your own 3D objects and images, put into the game. What about virtual reality, and virtual parties on the compute servers. What if it works, and the specs are right, faster latency than wireless controllers,
Not a big fan of motion gaming, but i am really interested with the features it has like Skype and voice commands. --- X1 games i'm hyped for are: Killer Instinct, Project Spark, MGS5, KH3, FF15, Dead Rising 3, Minecraft X1 Edition and The Elder Scrolls Online.
