It's hard to say, the game doesn't look good at all, visually, and the aliasing is very apparent. The texture models on characters are really awful, too, especially the zombie in the gray shirt on the fourth shot. I'd say it's upscaled to 1080p if it's running that at all, considering the blandness of the character models, particularly the zombies. "Dynamic" resolution is pretty confusing to me. Don't get me wrong, the game has tons of these models to render so obviously they're not going to look that great, but it's clear they're going for chaos over visuals, keeping true to the spirit of the franchise. I hope the fps is steady, like they say.

I heard this game has more than 24 ai characters as well. So at 1080p native that would be huge.

It does, but there's not much AI to process when the characters are literally zombie-like. I doubt they're very.....tactical? Also, I'm not sure what physics engine they're using in the videos but it doesn't look sophisticated at all. That's probably a design choice though moreso than any hardware limitations, which makes sense to keep with the whole "wacky" undertone the series takes.

Might be a fun game, I kind of liked the first DR so I'm curious about what the reviews will say, but it's definitely not pushing the envelope technically. Fans of the franchise don't mind though, especially since they got rid of the mandatory timer.

Yea this is why I should really just stay away from this forum at this point. My standards are obviously low - if you really think those pics represent a game that looks terrible, I'm kind of amazed.

I think it looks great.
