So as a student I don't own a set top box, I have standard freeview built within my TV and for all other purposes, I accidentally stubble upon episodes of things I want to watch online...
So suppose I plugged my laptop into the back of my Xbox One (via HDMI out of Laptop and in to Xbox) and said "go to TV", would it switch to my laptop?
I know it's not out yet, obviously, but just a thought regarding the I/O and whether anyone can guess whether it'll be able to do this.
Cheers. --- GT: FFG Harness Steam: Harness

It's just a passthrough. That means you'll be able to use the HDMI in with any device that outputs through HDMI (though Microsoft say it might not work well for interactive stuff such as games machines). So PC, mobile phone, laptop, digital camera, TV box, whatever - it'll all work.
