The motion of the ocean? Or the detail of the retail?

720p with stable fps. Fps is far more important than resolution, gameplay >>>>>>>> graphics. Always.

60 fps is priority one. I am sick to death of developers cramming every detail they can in to make the game look slightly better and settling for 30 fps. The difference between 30 and 60 is HUGE and IS part of the visuals. If you can't tell the difference I don't know what to tell you.

Frame rate first and foremost, everything else is icing on the cake.

Needs a "Tired of overhyped consoles promising more than they can deliver" option.
Give me the awesome games, and stop selling me sh** I can find on steam for 15$ at full price.

I'll be damned if this generation can last 10 years. They decide to imitate computer architecture and we're still having issues with programmers to reach consistency and a high quality performance?

They better not even talk about 4k def... What an insult to the consumers.

I agree with you for many game genres. But that's not pertinent to this poll. I'm asking about 720stable vs. 1080unstable. Regardless whether it's 30fps or 60fps.

Sub 30 fps was the main reason I stopped playing Far Cry 3 on my 360.

i'm expecting next-gen to go shorter than this gen, thankfully.

Framerate over resolution, of course.

What I did not expect for a next gen game though is 720p and 30fps like in Dead Rising 3. With 720p resolution, it should be 60fps.

Take One look at the resolution and walk away...
