Looking great so far for Microsoft, 2nd multiplatform review and this one is best on XBO.

I don't see how this is a win. The PS4 version drops frames during SP, but it's also 1080p.
It seems more like a standoff then a clear winner.

Smooth FPS > Resolution.

You can't tell me you accept FPS drops more than lesser resolution can you? One impacts graphics and the other impacts gameplay performance.

Where does it says it's the best version? I just glanced through it.

I wouldn't even say that. This is 2.25x the resolution, and apparently a slight drop in framerates which we've seen no proof of.

MS are throwing cheques away here, and anyone who thinks this is paranoia or whatever need to wake up.

The Bone is notorious for development issues, 720p games everywhere with awful textures... but apparently the Bone's version of Ghosts is now better according to MicroGN and Polysoft.

Can't wait to see the Digital Foundry comparison that proves all this bollocks.

1080p with unstable frame rate VS 720p with stable frame rate:

"though I did encounter occasional framerate issues during the single-player campaign on PS3 and PS4, whereas my time with the Xbox One version was stable throughout."

"When comparing the PS4 and Xbox One versions side-by-side, there’s little to no variation in textures and effects, but there is a discernible difference in resolution. While both are displayed at 1080p, the Xbox One version upscales the game from 720p resolution. In contrast, the PS4 version runs natively at 1080p, which makes character models, weapons, and environments look noticeably sharper and more detailed."

Multiplayer tho is the same minus the higher resolution.

I would agree if the issue was in multiplayer, but SP matters a little less. Is it disappointing that frame rate drops exist? Yes (especially on PC, that s*** is unacceptable) but I still think it's a standoff.

The part where it says constant 60FPS on Xbox One version, compared to 1080p variable framerate on PS4. Should have made PS4 version 900p like BF4.

Considering XBO version can play the game at 60fps, and SNAP. WOW
