How do you stop a game?

That's a bad way to shut off a game, and then people wonder why their save files are corrupted

On the home screen selec the game and press Menu (start) and you can quit the game from there.

How i did it was i pressed the guide button,than eject the game,is that ok?

Huh. Well, yeah. Just make sure the game isn't currently saving, and turn the system off. Most games have an on-screen indicator for when they're saving.

That's fine, too. The game automatically quits when you eject the disc.
