I hate having to put discs in to play.

I'm going all digital, or at least mostly digital with the XBO for instant switching.

No point having discs on xbox anyway, you can't buy an unopened X1 and stash it away for 10yrs too replay your experiences, it will turn on tell you to update, wont be around so, can't play.

Really no point to discs anymore, on the box.

Shame that we used to have a way of buying "digital" titles in a competitively priced market.

Y'know. Until the crybabies came. The crybabies that didn't want and didn't buy an Xbox One anyway.

Exactly, who cares if its easy to do. Unnecessary is unnecessary. Watering grass isn't tough, but people still have sprinklers.

I cant go fully digital. I mean, i have a huge array of games for PS3/360, as well as movies. And honestly, i wish i had them on disc. I like seeing my collection in the corner of my room.

Enjoy your 500gb harddrive if you go digital only. ;)

Seriously though, yeah...having disks really is pointless since the Xbox One just uses the physical disk to ensure that you own the game and doesn't read data off it to output the game like in past generations. It sucks, but I like having the physical game disk and case artwork so I can feel like I own an actual tangible item instead of information off of someone else's server that could be taken away from me at any moment.

You have to install the disc anyway. It still takes up all that HD space.

Why do people pretend they can't buy digital when you can. It's called the Xbox arcade so buy games there. Theres no reason why they can't sell physical and digital to appease both crowds. They can make tons of discounts for digital games right now but they choose to be greedy and not do it. I don't care what excuse they use to say they can't. They are full of crap. I prefer physical anyway I can sell it whenever I feel like. I usually keep my games anyway.

This sounds like more of a fat & lazy persons problem.

The sounds like a guy that will be whining that his disc drive will go bad.
