I hate having to put discs in to play.

Lately, I've been going more digital, since no matter how perfectly I take care of a disc, it gets scratched beyond repair. Heck, when I went to get a disc repaired at my local game shop, the woman there didn't bother to tell me the disc repair machine was broken when I gave it to her to fix. She ended up near breaking the game, and I have not gone back to the place since

And this is why we always ask questions before something like this. But most (all) of the time they should tell you that their equips are broken.

you obviously DO NOT take care of your discs. if you DO, you by definition do not let the read surface become defaced. I still have XBOX/PS1&2 games that look BRAND NEW even though they have been played HEAVILY....
