Now that you've had a week with kinect, was it worth the extra $100?

I've been using it a lot.

For games, I used it a lot in Dead Rising 3, and in the little i've played of Battlefield I used it.

I've also been using it for navigation/general things pretty much most of the time. Snapping and unsnapping. Going to different areas on it quickly. Turning off and on. Recently raising volume on the tv. It's worked really well.

The best thing I use it for is Netflix though. It makes using it so much easier when working on projects or laying in bed. I don't have to touch my remote or my controller to just keep watching.

So yes, it has been well worth buying it.

That's assuming that the Kinect is why the system costs $100 more. I personally don't believe that the Kinect is the only reason the system costs more.

Having said all that, I'm happy with my total purchase I wouldn't trade my Kinect back for whatever the monetary value of it is.
