Is $100 more really that much? I mean, when you are making a big purchase like a new console, you're spending a lot to begin with... let's say $400 for a PS4, $60 for an extra controller, and maybe like two games (so an additional $120). Add in sales tax and stuff and you've got over $600. At this point, is $100 that much more of a stretch, where you say "I will spend $600 on video games I don't need, but $700? That's ridiculous!"
If price were the deciding factor for everyone, nobody would have iPhones and not cheaper Android phones... yet that is not the case.
Probably. I was going to get a ps4 until they announced pay to play online. So now both consoles are pretty identical to me, except one comes with the camera but is a little weaker. So yeah ultimately I will go with whatever is cheaper as I don't really give a **** about exclusives. So long as the system has good games, be they exclusive or multiplat, I'm happy.
