Either the x box or the early life of the 360. Games like Conker's Bad Fur Day: Live and Reloaded and Halo 2 some of the best memories of online gaming were on the x box.

Early 360 felt next gen and amazing for its time, games like Oblivion and the Perfect Dark Zero game helped show that off. Call of Duty 4 was the best as well.

360 is one of the best consoles of all time. Bar none. Best versions of multiplatforms, and an outstanding UI/online infrastructure. One is utter crap right now, so we'll see where it goes in a year or two.

I know Xbox 360 is a huge improvement over the first Xbox in terms of online gaming. But what's wrong with Xbox One anyway?

This thread has a lot of good points about the Xbone's current shortcomings:

360 was great on its own and was backwards compatible with most Xbox games. One will never, under any circumstance, top it.

Xbox 360 for the Arcade/Indie/downloadable content (though DLC kinda suckded)

Xbox, though, was great. Its graphics capabilities were very very high. Plus, it had that ONE feature which attracted me to the Xbox brand....: HARD DRIVE!

I detested memory cards with the PS1 or PS2 (when I borrowed them from my cousin). I hated even more when I got a Dreamcast and the memory there was even WORSE than the PS1/2.

Xbox with its hard drive, graphics, and Halo 1.
Xbox 360 with its online content (indie, arcade, extra stuff).
Xbox One......nothing too nice about it so far. Kinect voice controls are not that revolutionary and the Kinect itself hasn't stood out for what I think it can do to gaming (but after 3 years with the 360 and now launch with the One, seems no one knows how to use it).
Worthy Indie: Magicians & Looters -Breath Of Death -Cuthulu Saves The World -EvilQuest -Trino -Shoot 1UP -Your Doodles Are Bugged -Vintage Hero
