Uhhh, you get the Kinect whether you want it or not when you buy the Xbox One. You can buy a cover for the cameras. A cover comes with the tv mount made by PDP.
You are supposed to be able to turn it on by voice but I have gotten it to work only once. The rest of the time I can stand in front of it and yell and nothing happens. I really don't like it at all. It also degraded my tv picture when I had it controlling my tv so at the moment it's not even hooked up.
Definitely not worth whatever it added to the price of the Xbox One unit itself.
Kinect for the 360 was the biggest joke, but so far I'm actually enjoying it thus far. I would say I have used the voice integration almost every time that I have used the Xbox One. Hope things just get better as time goes on.
