Reminds of that guy that paid like $500 on ebay for a picture of the xbox one. Thats right - a printed picture of the xbox one for that price. Wow.

It all depends on the seller. If they have a good rep and appear to be some sort of online retailer it should be fine. If this is the first thing they have sold on eBay, then it could be suspect.

Either way, yours (TC) was a bunk deal as you pointed out. Thankfully eBay is pretty good about taking care of the buyer when they do get the shaft, even when they admit that they knew it was a scam and threw caution to the wind and clicked BUY IT NOW anyway.

I own a XBOne, PS3, XBOX360, and Wii. I'm in it for the gameplay, not the logo on the box. Can you say the same?

Yeah, there was some guy down in England who paid the retail price of an Xbox One for what was literally described in the title as being a photograph of an xbox one. It arrived, he was furious, not only due to his own idiocy but also probably because the photo was of low quality, and somehow he was given his money back.
Frankly I think the seller should be given an award of some sort.

He really deserved to go broke on that.
