Microsoft always count the faulty Xboxes that was sent back to them and all the replacement consoles as sold units. So when they sold 1 million the first days, ofcourse its 2 million now.

MS goes by skews shipped and that is 2 mill,it does not include bricked consoles or the ones given away.

Xbone 2M as of today(?)

PS4 2.1M as of 11 days ago.

People are going crazy for next gen consoles, it would seem. Crazy early adopters :P

PS4 launched Nov 15th and Nov 29th revealed 2.1 million sold on Dec 3rd, equals 18 days in 2 countries and 5 days in 30 countries

XBO launched Nov 22nd revealed 2 million sold on Dec 11th, equals 19 days in 13 countries

Fixed that for you.

I see a lot of "Xbox One only sold because of casuals" and general excuses coming from the Pony camp.

I see a lot of Salty Sony Ponies that cried victory and then saw the facts. Where the facts say they are almost even, and if you consider 30 countries vs 13......Xbox One is winning.

I bet it was nice to have people believing for a while that PS4 was owning Xbox One. Those must have been fun times before logic and fact stepped in.

Now they just mad. tsk tsk.

It was deleted? mods are PS fanboys confirmed.

Also on topic, does that include launch day sales?

yes.

so basically going by this ps4 and xbox one sales are on par.

why, because its not about sales its about production and makes sense that both companies can produce about the same amount of units.

Both are very successful so far but to say they are on par with one another is crazy. X1 has launched to a wider demographic while the ps4 has been limited. Sony will sell as many consoles as they can produce when it comes time to release in japan.

If you compare numbers and ignore that then they are pretty close.

As a fan of all three companies...How about the logic and fact of ps4's numbers are 10 days old and no one actually knows what amount they're at now. Could very will be as high as 3 mil could be as low as 2.2. Nobody knows, that fact seams to slip way over people's heads.
