Xbox Fitness
It's free, so you can't go wrong.

Only other Kinect required game is Fighter Within but I doubt that's anything spectacular.
Does Crimson Dragon count because it was built for Kinect?

The dirty little secret about the new Kinect is that it's still garbage for gaming. I'm sure there will be a dance game eventually, but for any other genre you better plan on holding a controller.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that the kinect has been around for a while now and has yet to be implemented in an appropriate and engaging way in anything other that a family fun or exercise game.

I think they realized that Kinect's strength is in supporting games rather than being the sole means of interacting with games.

I hope they make another Star Wars game. I realize the game functioned terribly, but I still had a fun time playing it.

Even if motion controls worked perfectly (we're talking Tony Stark in the Iron Man movies perfect), they will never be responsive enough, quick enough, or precise enough to substitute for a controller. It's just easier to press a button.
