serious question about the DVR and Upload service concerning Grand Theft Auto 6

So, i was pondering on my way home from work this morning about the whole Upload feature and how they're against illicit content being uploaded by users such as swearing.

Then i was remembering that only a few months ago i was sitting in a strip club, chillin with my homies, big busted topless women walking around all through the club.

(No, not those kind of ladies Trevor...)

I was getting lap dances with breasts up in my face in fully rendered 3d, then i went outside and ran over like 50+ pedestrians on the way back to my home to have relations with this fine lady.

Now, that's all well and good but what's going to happen when people try to record this stuff with the DVR and it starts popping up publicly. Are they going to ban users for using the service for uploading game content exactly how it was intended?

to add to my first post, i know the title says GTA6, but this generally applies to any kind of game with nudity or content deemed not suitable for the younger audiences by the X-Gods.

I'm not trying to troll or anything, i looooove my Uno (currently already own Ryse, DR3, Forza 5, BF4, Peggle 2, and AC4:Black Flag) I'm just legitimately curious on how they're going to handle that or will they put code into these games to prevent recording of those parts.

Since its up to devs if you can record or not they could just not allow nudity in the content they allow recorded

Ok cool i honestly didn't know that, so thanks man! That pretty much answers my question. I suppose they'll just lock out the DVR as soon as you walk in a strip club in game. Even though it's restrictive, i think it's a good thing because that's one less CNN news story about how video games are the devil and blah blah blah.

FYI on Xone and PS4 the record feature can be locked out by developers.
