On the fence, should I really upgrade from the 360

I love my 360, never owned the original. Had it for about 3 years and own close to 200 games for it. Right now I don't see any games that interest me, but the 360 was like that in the beginning too. Controller improvements are a plus and including the new kinect is neat. I thought about getting the PS4, but never really liked the interface of the PS3. And before anybody asks I already own a Wii U

Also happy 2014!!

If there are no games you want, then I think you've answered your own question.

Buying a console without any games you want leads to it collecting dust for a long time until whatever you're waiting for comes out.

You could always wait for more games. The X1 is my favorite console right now and I own everything pretty much, but I can understand maybe waiting a little.

I'd wait at least a year before getting any of the next-gen consoles. Too many hardware/software kinks yet to be worked out and not enough good games.

I received my XBone in the mail on Day One and I haven't even turned on my 360 since...I even unplugged its power brick and HDMI cable.

What he said, But add Wii U to the unplugged and collecting dust stage

If you are on the fence, then there's no reason not to wait. Once it has the games or features that you want, then make your decision. You will likely save yourself a lot of money between potential price drops and game prices by then as well.

I'd say wait.. lol Mine gets occasional use now compared to hours when I first got it lol It really just doesn't have enough to do. I only really use my PS4 for apps and the browser too lol A couple months from now they'll be worth owning for sure but not quite yet.

I love mine and I'm glad I got it on launch, but definitely the upcoming game selection is thin, so unless something you see out now is must have for you, waiting isn't too bad a thing.

If none of the exclusives look good to you, then no.

I would not get the system solely for games that are already out. The graphics are better, but not enough to change the experience IMO. Also, Madden on xbone.. it looks exactly like Madden 13, except better presentation like how the fans look. I cannot even tell it's 1080p.
