Several days have passed and I've been trying to redeem a 12 month Xbox Live Gold card to no avail. I keep getting an error code on both my Xbox One and through my account on Xbox.com. I've spoken to 2 Microsoft customers service reps and both have confirmed my card to be active and redeemable but I can't friggin redeem it!
My Gold membership expires in a couple days and I'll be pissed if I still am unable to redeem this card. Is anyone else going through this problem?

I just tried a two week code I got from Halo 4 and its not working.
