I'm curious to know if saved data on the HDD can be manually deleted by the user, I heard it couldn't for some odd reason. My second question is, does Kinect always have to be connected in order to play games?

ALL games should have a Single Player mode. I can always guarantee I want to play when I turn on my system. I can't guarantee others will at the same time.

No, you don't. The PSN in your sig says enough. No one cares if you believe it, but if you are unable to use Google to see that your questions have been answered for months, it isn't our responsibility to feed you links.
