People do realize the XB1 is in stock EVERYWHERE and not selling

The supply has definitely caught up with the demand even ign has said this. So why people think that the gap in sales between the ps4 isn't THAT big trust me it will only get wider as the supply eventually catches up with the demand for the ps4.

you do know X1 said they were flooding the market with there system and what does it matter who sold the most in 2 months. In 8 years when they reach the end of their cycles both units would be close to even on units sold.

this.

in the end, 7 or 8 years from now this "gap" won't be huge. happened last gen as well. and why does it matter which sells more right off he bat bro? does it effect you in anyway ? it seems crazy to even worry about

Last gen the ps4 was hard to develop for, nearly always had the worse ports and was more expensive then the xbox.

This gen is ALOT DIFFERENT, everything is in PS4's favour . I think the sales gap between the 2 will be a fair bit unless MS does a price cut early on and gets rid of the mandatory kinect.

My local Walmart had 5 in stock behind the display case in the middle of last month. That was unheard of in every December for each of the last gen consoles after they were first released.

And even with all the cards stacked against it the PS3 still ended up being the clear winner with the best exclusives and even surpassing 360 lifetime sales with a year less on the market. This gen is gonna be more like PS2-Xbox than PS3-360, that's for damn sure.

Everyone also seems to forget on average 360 consumers went through more systems then ps3 owners.

Assuming there is no system bricker laying in wait for the xbox this gen, to help increase sales, I think its safe to speculate the gap will be much wider by the end of this gen.

Serious food for thought, not even trying to troll just Honestly now.

Yes for the Wii but no for the Wii U, but the Wii U is not a last gen console even though it has last gen specs.
