Boys with Toys.

Remember, folks. You are arguing about playing with extremely sophisticated toys here.

The irony is that most of you will in fact be completely ignorant to TRADITIONAL status-enhancements, such as career development or personal epiphanies. TRUE reasons for gloating, if you are that way inclined.

I for one take my pleasure from the psychological understanding of my own inadequacies, and that's why understanding the "forum troll" is such an incredible boon to my psyche.

This creature is completely bound to barrier, an absolute defence of the utterly arbitrary. Think Subway's Meatball Marinara is the best sandwich they produce? Prepare to be attacked to your very soul by Charlie Cheesesteak, who devotes his life solely to the notion that people that do not eat cheesesteaks are infidels of the highest order.

Food. Drink. Hairstyles. Action Men. Games Consoles. I hope you understand that, though you may scoff at those talk shows and wine snobs and shallow surfer-boy-chasers, you are, in essence, no better - you battle your peers over the toy you're playing with. TOY X beats TOY Y BY A LONG SHOT?! ARE YOU MAD?!

I am not perfect, and I accept that I never will be, in so many ways. But the perfection that others project onto such arbitrary objects and concepts is nothing short of hilarious.

Could not agree more. Totally baffles me when people take such personal ownership and weird offensive pride over things like this.

It's taken me quite a while to come to grips with this, but I'm just going lay it on the line.

Guys...

I don't think Scooby Doo actually exists.

I appreciate the input from the posters. Personally I feel relative indifference towards, say, Titanfall, or Beef Dim Sum, or Everyone Loves Raymond, but apparently, according to some people, I should feel like I am kissing god by being a part of it.

I think TC is a little upset that his "toy" stopped vibrating and now has to shop for a new one.
