Here is the last sentence of the article linked to:

ALL games should have a Single Player mode. I can always guarantee I want to play when I turn on my system. I can't guarantee others will at the same time.

Same sites legal adviser already said nothing is going to happen most likely.

Passing Cinemablend stuff off as news without a caveat in the title should be illegal. TC may be investigated by NASA, the CDC, and FDIC regarding this egregious mislabeling of bad journalism.*
