Even if it was a 1.2 million difference in sold through to consumers (which it isn't) does anyone actually think that the Xbox One won't sell at least 1.2 million units when it releases in the countries it's not available whereas the PS4 currently is? Countries whose total populations exceed 500 million?

Is there some kind of precedent for the Xbox brand doing well in those countries?

In Sweden, Denmark, Russia, Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Switzerland and over a dozen more? Yes, there is, based on both prior consoles selling well in those regions, especially the ones I listed specifically.
