Dead rising 3 graphics look bad. Normal?

Playing on my samsung 40inch tv.. its a unf5500. Not the highest end, but PS4 looks great. Anyways, I ask because the game looks blurry in different areas. Nicks face is very noticeable. Also, distant zombies have a ton of jaggies all around them, is it normal? I thought the game would look more crisp. I am playing at 1080p.

I know the game is 720p, but Is that what Is causing it? The upscaling? Killer Instinct is 720p, but looks better.

I've never really thought about it, but maybe the up-scaling could be causing an issue? I dunno...

I've been having similar problems with Battlefield 4.

I dont know man. Dr3 for me has so many jaggies when inspected closely. Is the game just like this? I don't expect the main characters face to be blurry either . I don't think it's normal.

Its normal

you have to understand that Dead Rising 3 was originally being developed as a 360 game.

Also, they are not concerned with being a graphical powerhouse and had to make a ton of concessions in the graphics department to be able to have their zombie counts.

It is a common problem with Samsung 40" TVs. You can take it to Best Buy and have someone from the Geek Squad fix it for you, just tell them your pixelation calibrator is malfunctioning, and you need them to realign the frequency.

This post should have be common knowledge, but people missed it seems in the last two months (or more if you count the time the info was released before the game came out)

Compare to Xbox 360 games DR3 looks great, it's not perfect for sure, there are some shadow hitching and some odd low rez textures, but damn man the kind of fun I have had with the game makes me not care about those little hitches.
