if they went digital only systems could stores counter? hear me out...

The biggest issue is the used game trade in, purchase market and forced pricing obviously but could stores counter for sales this way....

Last week they had $60 one year xbox live gold passes for $40. Could they sell Microsoft gift cards discounted? I've never worked retail so I don't know there cost in those things but could they maybe have 25% off card deals?

You could get a new game for maybe $40-50 instead of $60, I am all for that.

I think that when they moved away from MSPoints we'll stop seeing the dollar cards going on sale.

No, when you buy the card you can put an exact amount on it, like $24.40, etc, etc.. The amount of money you put on it, is the cost of the card. Stores are not going to discount the currency rate lol

Hell, Gamestop doesn't give you a card, you get a receipt with a code on it.
