I'd go digital for most games if the sales were good enough and i'd add a 2-3TB hard drive to stack games onto.

I'd only go digital if the prices were similar to steam. It's silly to me to pay $59.99 for a digital copy when you can pay $59.99 for a physical copy and have the option to sell it, even for $5 you're still ahead.

Probably go half and half. I don't think they could make every digital copy cheaper than their physical copies. Some stores sell them at retail price, some like 10 less, but then you have other sellers that aren't associated with major retailers that can sell them for like 20 to 30 less after a few months of it being released.

In the UK, we are paying a hell of a lot more than people in the US. Both digital and physical, this gen.

I'll send a letter to Sony and Microsoft tomorrow, hopefully next week we'll have great digital sales on our consoles.

I almost always buy physical when the game's available in that format. It tends to be cheaper, I can lend it out to friends, it takes up less hard drive space (except for this gen, which is a huge disappointment), and I don't have to worry about losing access to my game if I should lose my account for any reason.

The only times I make an exception are if a sale is simply too good to pass up (like Tales of Xillia for $10 a few weeks ago) or if the game's simply impossible to find for a reasonable price (like Suikoden 1 & 2)
