I have been PC gaming for the last 12 years. I am getting so sick of hackers now days that I am thinking about making the jump to a console for my main gaming. Even when playing certain games on certain servers there are always a few hackers in any game and they completely ruin it.
consoles are finally getting so good PC games like Rust and The Division. Just curious how hacking is on consoles/
I might only see a few a day on my Pc but if I am worth the time they can just ruin a game
Not really, they exist but you will rarely if ever come across them. Grand theft auto had hackers but they mostly just gave out money, that's the first console I've came across any ever on consoles. I've never once had my gaming experience ruined by a hacker. --- PSN-S30andz32 360-Z32andS30
I prefer to call them *** holes. Hacking to me is something that takes skill such as geohot finding a way to compromise the hypervisor on the PS3. The people "hacking" on the PC are just using software they downloaded from someone else to cheat. Jerks :) --- XBL- cheezedadada PSN- cheezedadadada PC, Xbox One, PS4 and handhelds. Yay for options.
When the console itself becomes hacked (which hasn't happened yet), people will be able to run modified games. But if every game uses servers, the most that can ever come of it is wall hacks or aimbots, which would still be extremely hard to pull off on consoles since there's less resources to add those hacks than on PC. --- (>O_O)> <(o_o<) (>O_O)> <(o_o<)
