How much more powerful is the Xbox One compared to the 360?

With all this talk saying that the PS4 is much more powerful than the Xbox One, has anyone ever thought about how the One compares to its predecessor?

I think the Xbox One is supposed to be eight times more powerful than the 360.

Honestly Ground Zeroes is the only comparison footage where the PS4 version just blows away the X1 version. NBA 2k14 is arguably the best looking game available on both consoles and they look identical.

360 is like Low settings 720P and the XboxOne is High settings 720P.

Why does it matter how much better it is than 360?

it's exponentially stronger...but there is a bottleneck in the fragmented memory that holds it back from being AS strong as the PS4

The 360 has 512mb of memory...the XB1 has 8GB...

the problem is PS4's unified FAST 8GB GDDR5 memory is all in one place, and can stream 1080p stuff just like PC's...

The XB1 has a 32mb eSRAM cache which is super fast...but it can only stream 32mb of data at a time

So instead of just having everything run from one set of memory (PS4)...developers have to develop strategies and tricks to get more out of the XB1's esram and ddr3 memory

as of right now they haven't figured it out

Im serious. why would my post be trolling? I have a gaming PC a 360 and a XBOXONE and YES indeed if you run BF4 on all low 720p it looks like the 360 version and if you put it on all high 720p it looks like the xbox one version! how hard is that to swallow?
