Xbox is harder to develop for atm, so I'd imagine at it's peek, 900 will become the norm for xbox at the very least.

I don't see PS4 improving as it's already easy to develop for, because it's architect is close to that of a PC set up, whereas the Xbox One architect seems to be throwing off a lot of developers in the beginning and is only slowly getting better as the learning curve improves. Basically last gen reversed.
