Would you pay for an app that allowed your xbone to run 360 games?

I'd rather pay to use my 360 digital content on the X1 than 360 discs. All the 360 games I bought last year are all digital. I probably only have like 1 or 2 360 discs that I never got around to playing. While I have maybe 8 digital games that I haven't got around to playing and those don't even include the free games for gold.

impossible due to licensing conflicts. but being able to plug your 360 into your xbox is a pretty decent compromise considering on other platforms you have no options. .... If i could have plugged my xbox into my 360 and played non emulated halo 2 for the first few months i had a 360 i would have been so happy

plug your 360 into the hdmi in. then you can play 360 games by saying "xbox, watch tv"

no imput delay either.

Does this actually work?

yeah it does, currently playing though the witcher 2 this way while I wait for Titanfall. works flawless.

No input delay? I tried running 360 through Xbox One and I got noticeable delay.

I just press input on my TV controller and the guide button on my 360 controller and I play 360 games lag free on the same TV.

I can be signed in to the 360 and the One at the same time and it doesn't sign me out of either console.

I would pay up to $100 for an app like that. I just think it would be more convenient to be able to play all the old games on one system. Kind of annoying when you have an xbox one, xbox 360, ps4, and ps3 taking up hdmi ports. Same thing, i think it's stupid the ps4 isn't backwards compatible as well. And it sucks owning a new system when most games coming out are still on the the old system. Really no point in buying them for the one vs 360 really.

My TV has 4 HDMI ports and I have a working 360 so maybe if my 360 crapped out, it's a few years old the Halo Reach model whenever that came out, so hopefully it lasts until I finish all my 360 games and Dark Souls 2, everything else i'll be getting on One and I don't think they have any more 360 games coming out I care about or can't get on One

No, my 360 is right next to my One and still hooked up..

i would probably consider paying $50 for it.. of course i didn't buy an xbone yet because without my 360 games i really think it'd just sit there gathering dust while i play my 360 anyway.

but i believe they should add backwards compatibility in some form or another, it could only increase sales / demand for the system.
