The headset adapter... a little help, please...

So let's say I have a pair of X12's that I want to hear the audio from and to chat with, when I plug them into the adapter, I assume that takes care of the chat portion, right? Can anyone explain how I'm going to hear the audio come from the system into the headset? Does something else need to be plugged in somewhere?

Do x12s use USB?

Yes, for power.

Well, I think the headset would plug into the 2.5 adapter that comes with the Xbox one adapter and then into the controller.

You still need to plug in the USB, and I heard that digital optical will be patched in on march 11.

It should work
