is there anyone like me regarding PvsZ...

I have zero interest in the concept of PvsZ, it actually made me ignore the existence of it due to the concept of plants fighting zombies. I'm not a FPS obsessed person at all, its just the scifi aspect I suppose that I can't get over, I don't like halo games for the scifi also.

Question is if you're like me did you buy it and do you enjoy it?

I hear fans call it great and fun but anyone with regrets for giving it a try?

Honestly I never found Plants vs Zombies to be a fun ip in general, but I'm really enjoying the game. I imagine fans of the "series" will love it even more than I do, but it's just a really well made game.

Yea i never even played PvZ so this came as a nice surprise. Honestly the best way to put it is it's Mass Effect 3 MP meets team fortress... kind of. For $40 i'd say it is def. worth a buy. I think I will be playing even after Titanfall's release. If you want a casual shooter you can't go wrong.

It's a fun little game that has been taking up a lot of my time, but if the idea of plants and zombies bother you so much, cause it could never happen, then it might not be for you.

Serviceable is what I'd give it. I'm having fun, take the plants vs zombies motif away and it would just be another multiplayer game. I like how easy it is to get coins to buy things, makes grinding far less of a chore. Graphics are nice and colorful, there is a lot of fun humor strewn about, the controls are fine and the gameplay is solid. It does everything right but doesn't really excel in any one avenue, hence the "serviceable" dubbing.

My concern, especially in gardens and graveyards, is that the zombies seem slightly outmatched.

Sony fanboys are the most annoying, Nintendo fanboys are the most ignorant and Microsoft fanboys are adorable because they think they're people.

I'm noticing a lot of people that dislike/hate shooters think anything with guns is an FPS lol

That's the problem with it. It's nice but not '$40 nice' imho of course.

I think it's a great game. Looks great, plays smoothly, deep character customisation ... what's not to like?

It does have some server and balancing issues, but they can be fixed. I'm loving it. TF2, ME3 and BF4 all spring to mind. Love it.
