If Halo 5 is another corridor shooter / activate 3 switches-fest count me out

Remember in the Reach cutscenes when all the UNSC pelicans and warthogs and charging head on at loads of covenant vehicles?

Why isn't Halo about that yet? Why was Halo 4 corridor after corridor after linear corridor. The story was great, Chief got some depth to his character, it looked gorgeous but the gameplay is beyond stale now. Walk forward and shoot x6 hours.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMYrKTU8Hmc this is false advertising. Halo is nowhere near as epic as that.

Yeah seriously, Halo 4's campaign bored me to death. The length was artificially boosted by saying, "oh you need to activate X. But it turns out there are three of X and guess what, enemies will spawn on all of them"

Boring...

Even though I enjoyed Halo 4 campaign I feel like outside of Master chief and Cortana there is no depth. We need to experience more characters that can equal what Sgt. Johnson and Captain Keyes did. They need to bring the Arbitor and the Covent we fell in love with back because without it... It doesn't feel like the full Halo game we love.
