If you like Call Of Duty you will like Titanfall. It is nothing revolutionary.

It's the most revolutionary first person shooter of all time.

game is too hyped to get anything but 9's and 10's even if it's not truly worth it anyways.
but why let reviews dictate anything.

I'm sure that more than a handful of reviews will be bought. It's not just MS. Same happened with most GTA4 reviews. It'll probably get 9's and 10's when it really should be getting more 8's, etc.

I'm still getting it based upon what I liked in the beta. It's not revolutionary by any means, but it's changed it up a bit to warrant a purchase, after the disappointment of cod ghosts.

That's what they said about Ryse, KI and DR3, all turned out mediocre.

KI and DR3 are Decent launch titles. KI would have been better if they didn't rush it to the launch window though. Ryse while stunning graphically was pretty mediocre.

Original dead rising on the 360 is way better, KI is garbage.

Uh, excuse me? Dead Rising 3 is sooo much better than the first game.

Does any game not have an embargo on reviews these days? I very rarely get to see any reviews before a came comes out for you guys in the US. Luckily, being in the UK, that gives me 3 days to read reviews before getting the game :-)

As for Titanfall, I'm sure it will score well from certain sites. Gamespot will be interesting, as they are reviewing a bit lower atm.

Most of the reviewers don't want to have a full review until they see if the game goes into Sim City disaster mode after launch anyways. That is just the way it is now with online games.

The embargo seems to be lifting at a decent time though honestly.
