Xbox 360 total achievements different from Xbox One

#1RatedAOPosted 3/12/2014 10:03:44 AM
I remember when I first got the XB1 the achievements I earned on the XB1 added to my total score even on the 360, but last night I tried to log in to my 360 and for some reason I had to redownload my profile. It showed that I had 0 achievements before I downloaded my profile. Once it redownloaded my total score was different on the 360 than XB1. They subtracted all the achievements from the XB1.

I checked online and on this forum but I didnt see any topics about it. Anyone else experience this?

No. It's all added together. Check your achievements through the guide. You'll see Xbox One achievement total, then all the games you played on the 360.

Just give it a little time (a minute maybe) and your 360 will update with your correct total. Odd that you had to redownload the profile...

Yeah it's weird I had to redownload it. I subtracted the total that appeared on my XB1 from the total that now appeared on my 360 and the answer I got was the total amount of achievements I earned on the XB1. I have about 57k showing up on XB1 and 54k showing up on 360. I have no clue why this happened.

Are you checking on the guide or the dashboard?

Press the guide button and scroll to achievements. It should have your grand total.

The top level score and the score in your 360 guide should be correct. If you drill down under achievements, it will only show your 360 score since they did not implement the ability for the 360 to see your X1 achievements yet.

If this is also your first time logging back in and redownloading your profile, it may have been syncing for a bit and seemed out of date. I'm sure you're fine.

I have to double check it again when I get home. When I choose my profile at start up it shows 54k. On XB1 and xbox.com it shows 57k.
