I have a friend who was playing one of those dancing games on the kinect with another girl, and during the dance her friend swung her arm and hit the other girl's face, breaking her nose. She was asking me today what to do about it and if she could sue, since I'm taking a sort of legal class at college. o.o But I don't know what to tell her.
They say she's low down, but it's just a rumor I don't believe 'em.

Don't these games have warnings on the start screen that give you instructions not to do those things?

This.

The correct question would be, "Can I win a case?" The answer is no. If you're taking a legal class you should know better.

Although if it were in one of those socialist Scandinavian countries you might be able to get away with it.
Yeeaah...Somebody must've killed Darryl. Cuz that's what the guy had said.

Well, yes, but when one asks "can I sue?" the "can I win?" part is usually implied I think. :v
