"Console Specs Don't Matter, Exclusive Games do."
All the games I bought on ps4 I could have got on xboxone
I thought the multiplat games were the most fun (nba 2k, madden, and battlefield)
I went with the ps4 because it was cheaper. To someone like me I don't see what the big deal is because essentially they are the same thing (with a few exceptions)

The PS4 has more games than the Xbox one....If you count Titanfall for the Xbox one then you also have to count all the games the PS4 shares with PC/PS3/360.
So by your logic, Nintendo wins compared to both those games because they're both in the 80s and only 6 points from each other. B is a B no matter how you spin it
Normally Nintendo is the one that "Should Be Winning" in the console wars by virtue of having the most and best exclusive games. But they're not.
The PS4 has now become "That" console that's current upsetting the conventional wisdom of "Console specs don't matter, exclusives do."
PS4 is a blatant money grubbing ho. Why the **** should I buy a new console that doesn't even support Play TV?
richboy900 posted...Mindwipe77 posted...it's highly ignorant of ppl to keep saying the ps4 has no games, thats a very tired and old excuse. If anything these ppl feel threatened by the ps4 and must have this constant reassurance.
Really? Why what do you play, Wii u? If so, I can see your point, but it must suck if you only have an xb1 or ps4 and there's no games you like.
If exclusives were the only thing that mattered, then the Wii U would be outselling both consoles by a considerable margin since it has more quality exclusives than PS4 and X1 right now.
There is obviously more at play here, and even you know it TC. The PS4 which had the arguable weaker exclusive offering of the three still managed to overtake the U in just 4 months, and is currently projected to be the leading console globally this generation.
My theory is still the price more than anything. The core gaming experience is virtually identical on both consoles IMO, and I can't really blame people for shooting for the cheaper option. That's why it doesn't suprise my why the PS4 is selling more. The brand loyalists are nothing but a small minority of gamers. If the X1 cannot match the PS4 in price, then it will continue to be outsold globally. That's the way I see it.
I am on X1, because I feel it does more and has better exclusives. It wasn't a hard sell for me, but I can see why it can be hard to justify the higher price tag to others. Xbox fanboys here love to tease about the PS4's library constantly (even though it's really getting old), but I can't deny the fact that it has a lot of basic ground covered despite less exclusive games at the moment. As more games start rolling out, that will matter less and less. Over 90% of the games that I play are on both consoles anyway.

my thing is that right now ps4 doesn't have the fun games yet infamous looks good but they still have no fighter better than KI, DR3 is fun as heck, Ryse is pretty fun (still best looking title so far) Forza 5 is a good racer ps4 still doesn't have a exclusive racing game that's better. Killzone looks good but not as fun as titanfall, I can go on and on so until ps4 matches or beat those then I won't be getting one no time soon.

The only reason I haven't got a one is because there is no good games. Out of all the games there's only 2, Titanfall and DR3. Titanfall has less content than MGS... and I am deff not buying a console just for DR3. Lmao
There will only be one game I will ever buy a console for... It's looking like I have to do it the beginning of next year again too.

Don't forget these either:
And I didn't even have to use games that scored above 70, like Killer Instinct and Dead Rising 3.
Arent most of those indies? and warframe is likely going to be on xbox soon enough
