It's actually really effective, and the workouts can be pretty enjoyable. Kinect does a good job tracking as long as you make sure you have the floor in view as well, especially on exercises that ask you to get low or plank.

Getting 5-stars on some of the longer workouts can be pretty intense and brutal, especially workouts like Insanity.

It works well, I just wish there were more P90X style work outs available.

Any recommendations for which workout I should buy?

The kickboxing cardio is worthwhile.

I don't have very many options when it comes to workouts. So I was think of using Fitness in conjunction with running. I'm more after weight loss then muscle building.

If you're after weight loss then just stop eating, that's what I do if I feel fat and it works a treat!

It works pretty well. The only issue I have is that I'm always getting out of frame. I think it's my Kinect placement...or my balance issues. It's one of them.

If weight loss is more your style, focus on your diet first.

Cut out carbs and sugar, along with doing at least 1 Xbox Fitness video a day, and you will see the number on the scale drop.

It's hard work and takes willpower, but once you start losing weight, it will be easier to stay away from junk food.
