Anyone else experience bad lag while using Amazon Instant Video?

So....

I was able to watch a movie for a good 15 minutes earlier today with no lag. At all. Came back later tonight, lag city. What is happening here?

That sounds like an issue where your ISP is maxed out at peak times.

Do a speedtest during prime time, which is usually about 7pm to 10pm weekdays. Compare the results to what you are paying for. If it's bad, call your ISP and get some money back, if it's bad enough they may have to install more equipment in your area.

I've tried that throughout the different times of the day.

It's not a speed issue as I'm clocking at more than 55 mbps each time I checked it.

For example, I literally just did a speed test, got 58.91/29.00, checked Amazon on the Xbox and it's still lagging like crazy. It's also 2:45 AM.

Any way to back out of the preview?

It's incredibly annoying.

Yeah, go to "my games & apps" on the Xbox Home menu, go to "apps" and click on "Xbox One Preview Registration" or whatever it's called and then choose "unregister" and voila, you're removed from the preview beta.
