Major League Gaming (MLG) has released its first console app today, delivering content directly to Xbox 360 owners on their televisions. MLG will be showing its original content, like eSports Report, Pro Circuit competitions, and material created by YouTube streaming partners.

The app comes just before this year’s Call of Duty championship, which begins this Friday, March 28, at 9 a.m. Pacific. The finals will be aired this Sunday on and the MLG app.

Viewers can also look forward to the MLG championships, which will be held in late June. Featured games include Call of Duty: Ghosts, StarCraft II, and Super Smash Bros. Melee.

An Xbox One app is planned for later this year. MLG says that it is also in the planning stages for new original programming.

I don't know what's worse, company fanboys or kojima fanboys? One thing is for certain, they are most definitely the definition of a neckbeard.
