The price.

If Microsoft had launched at the same price as Sony, I'm convinced that hardcore gamer anger would have subsided a bit, consumers would just bend over and take the DRM and every other consumer hating measure, and Bone would be selling close to what the 4 is.

All and most what they changed affected gamer's decision and lost trust.

No "all of the above" option? For shame.

Microsoft never had my complete trust since I was paying them for online while Sony offered it for free.

But after E3 they demonstrated no respect whatsoever for gamers.

Hence while everyone says things like, "Yay price drop! Another $50 and I'll get one" I wouldn't get one even if it were free. A purchase is essentially a vote, and I'm not voting on a device designed with total disregard for the consumer. Also the reason why I don't eat fast food. It's technically not even food and they know and yet don't care what it does to people.

Not implementing Kinect into Titanfall. It would be so much easier to just tell my Titan to follow ir guard instead of pressing a button. Need to keep those digits on the combat controls!

All of the above with the least problem being price. If the Xbox was worth $100 more then people would pay it. If they can shell out $400 they can do $500.

Microsoft had the problem as per usual thinking they know better than you...windows 8....windows phone...Skype...need I continue, how about vista?

It may just be the terminology, but I would consider the launch to be when it released? Most of that list was changed prior to release (launch). If you are indeed referring to the announcement, and not release, then it was a little bit of all of them.

The fact they changed most of it should be commended, but too little too late comes to mind.
