Looking to pick up a new gaming tv...Advice?

I've been using an older 2007 32 inch Samsung 720p LCD for my gaming and its time for an upgrade. I usually game in the bedroom so 39 to 42 inch is probably the size i'm looking for. I've looked at the new 2014 Vizios E420i and E400i. I also came across this new Panasonic

Looks too good to be true?

To be honest you should just go for a 50 inch No matter where you are

50 inch is overkill for my room size. I sit 5 feet away max.

I sit 5 feet away in a small living room of a small 2 bedroom apartment. I have a 60inch and I don't regret it one bit.

32in is the optimal gaming size, but it all comes down to personal preferance.
In my opinion lg makes the best quality tv's.

Once you go big you won't go back. I went from a 29" to 42" and now 51". 5ft, 42"s sounds good. I'm more of a plasma fan so do what you want.

Play for the games not the evil corporation, they're all evil in the end.

The input lag on the Vizios are around 36ms from what I read which is REALLY good. The Panasonic on the other hand...I can't find the input lag info...yet. I was looking at 48 inch tvs a lil bit ago but came to the conclusion that's too big for my room.
