Why do people put so much importance on replability?

Seriously I don't even have enough time to finish my games once, and the only friends I have who do have time to replay are the ones who only get a cod, a madden every year and just play them all year long.

Do the rest of you guys complaining about lack of replability only buy 2-3 games a year or just have way too much free time?

My thoughts are as passive as the clouds are to the sky.

I only replay fps campaign on hardest difficulty I find that to be fun. But all these games with multiple endings are so annoying I feel like I am missing out on story but I am not willing to play it twice I tried starting mass effect over again but I spent to much time on my first play through and i got burned out.

I usually just play it once sell it back an watch why I missed on YouTube .
